Join us for a powerful Youth Listening Session designed to ignite brilliance and build futures. Hosted by the Black Youth Leadership Project (BYLP) in partnership with Elevate Youth California, The Center at Sierra Health Foundation, and the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS), this S.P.A.R.K. Session focuses on Civic Engagement: Voices of Change.
We recognize the unique challenges young people face today, and we want to hear directly from you. This session provides a safe and empowering space for Black students ages 18–26 to speak truth, build confidence, and spark meaningful change in their schools and communities. Through open dialogue, we’ll work together to explore the root causes that contribute to substance abuse and identify solutions that uplift and inspire.
