🔹Ages 10-13 years “Exploration”. Now we are focused on a “right and wrong” as we are looking at form for body weight exercises and light loads. Along with running mechanics, landing, jumping, deceleration and acceleration drills.

About the event
We are excited to build a space to foster a passion for fitness in our youth. A strong foundation is important to make a lifelong commitment to physical activity.
We want to inspire a love for exercise by having fun! We want to empower our youth to strive to be their best selves and handle healthy competition. Kids need to be active. Exercise improves self regulation, focus, and on task behaviors which effects often translate academically. Exercise reduces stress, anxiety, depression and weight gain, even more common in today’s atmosphere. The benefits can be seen emotionally, physically and spiritually.
