A weeklong leadership experience for rising juniors and seniors, designed to build confidence, college awareness, and civic leadership skills through immersive, university-based learning.
About the Summit
The L.E.A.D. Summit is a multi-day leadership experience created specifically for rising juniors and seniors who are preparing to transition into their final years of high school and beyond.
Participants engage in interactive workshops, leadership labs, and guided discussions focused on:

The Summit is hosted on a Sacramento-area college campus, providing students with exposure to a college environment while strengthening future readiness.

Rising high school juniors and seniors (entering grades 11–12)

Students connected through BYLP programs, partner schools, or referrals
