What is SPARK?

SPARK is BYLP's student development and readiness program designed to help high school- aged students build self-awareness, decision-making skills, and future readiness.

The program supports students as they explore academic pathways, career options, leadership identity, and real-world choices - specially those navigating systems that were not designed with them in mind.
